Suzanna and Anne are excited to offer this immersive weekend training at Dragonfly! Designed for students of all levels, this intensive training is perfect for those looking to deepen their yoga practice and expand their knowledge.
Over the course of 14 hours, this training will focus on three key areas:
1. Understanding the Eight Limbs of Yoga
What are the 8 Limbs of Yoga?
How can I incorporate them to my daily life?
2. Deepening your physical practice
Detailed asana breakdown, including alignment and modifications tailored to your body.
Effective use of yoga props to enhance and support your practice.
3. Working with the distracted mind
Managing intrusive thoughts and discomfort
Improving focus and attention.
Working with the inner critic and promoting the inner coach.
This training is an excellent opportunity to elevate your practice in a supportive and small-group setting.
Dates: March 21st-23rd. Friday 5:30-8:30, Saturday 12:30-6:00, Sunday 12:30-6:00
Yoga practice included in Friday and Sunday session .
